Ordered without issues, delivered the next day on time. One is fitted and working, though I have not connected the solar part yet as I need some work on my consumer unit. I have installed the G Controller and am happy with the remote control (but it connects over ethernet only, no Wi-Fi connectivity :( ), and find the controls to be pretty straight forward. One thing I am a little less happy with is that I could not find any instructions for the G Controller on how to setup the day and night rates, but the Elnur tech team did help me with this (I just like documentation that I can reference). The real test of course will be how they perform when scheduled to charge on a time of use tariff (and excess solar), I have tried some test charges that work perfectly, I just hope they will keep the house warm using cheap rate electric.
