The personal contact with your colleague was excellent. He took the order over the phone and delivery was in two days.
Unfortunately the unit was damaged on the top panel, well bent.
I rang Bob and he offered to send a new unit immediately . In the end I kept the original unit and straightened out the bend by hand, and the result is not to bad although the bricks were a little bit tight to get in. I did n to have time to wait for a new unit .
