The company should pay for insurance on Delivery , Or insist that the people responsible for delivery have the insurance required . So that a decent (door to required area is Found.). Goods just left in the street is never a good idea . My order insisted that it should be after 10.30 am. But ! No the delivery rounds man deceided to phone me at 7.45 am . I refused to accept it and was told that he would take it back !. . Later I phoned and was told that it had been already delivered and signed for by some fictitious person. This company let me down a 75 year old invalid .
