My experience was coloured by the fact that the delivery company (APC) "forgot" to schedule the heater for delivery, so I waited in all day for nothing and had to reschedule. Also, two of the bricks were slightly damaged, although I don't think this impairs the heater's performance very much. I thought I had ordered an "Elnur" heater. A little disconcerting to get a "Gabarron." It looks much the same (almost identical to the Dimplex it replaced), so I presume they are two brand names of the same maker. Installation was easy and the heater works OK.
