Ordered online. Before I could finish printing out the confirmation email the telephone rang to arrange the delivery for two days later ! The storage heater arrived as promised on time. However not by pallet delivery as stated but in a small DPD local delivery van. Forunately with a strong willing driver who managed to carry the heater and blocks up to my house.
Very happy with the goods and whole transaction.
