I received the heater 3 days after placing my order. When it arrived on a Friday it had a badly damaged front pane!. I informed Storage Heater Sales on the Monday morning. I received a replacement panel 2 days later. It only requires 2 screws to fix the new panel. This service is so good you can't improve it
