Purchased an Elnur radiator through a third party. Unfortunately there was a problem, however we were delighted at the response of the company to sort the issue. We sent an email on the Thursday pm, a new radiator was delivered the following Monday and engineers came to install on the Friday. Problems do happen, but the speed and efficient resolution shows the merit and integrity of the company.
