I emailed them early hours of the morning about an item missing from my package and received a call back as soon as they opened. The lady was so helpful and since the item has sold out she gave me a list of options to choose from to replace it. This awesome woman even offered to post it the same day for free! Since this was dealt with so great I told her I would put in another order and it could be included in it to save them on shipping. It all went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the people and the quality of their products.
