Products are very nice, great quality and design. Customer service very efficient. The price is a bit too high in my opinion, I also had to pay 35chf of customs fees. It would be practicle to be able to chose pick up delivery points instead of personal adress. Also, have more merch on the festival site would be great, I had to purchase because what I wanted was finished
