Adam was very attentive and communicative. He listened well and made sure to understand my needs, and always kept me up to date on status and process. He took some extra time to research and find a solution that fit our specific needs -- which was different than the solution we initially thought we needed. Overall a very positive experience, and Adam already knows I'll be back next time I need assistance!
