Ordered over the phone and asked for 12.5sqm of flooring.. was told I would need "6 packs" to cover that. Numerous delays and three weeks later I go to pick it up and I'm given 6 packs of 1.1sqm flooring... now I'm no mathematician but by my reckoning that's 6.6sqm.. half of what I need. So I go back to the shop and the Scottish bloke who owns it calls me hyper aggressive for being annoyed about this ridiculous mistake and tells me there are two sides to every story. Pardon me? There is one side. You have incompetent staff and you chose to defend their incompetence instead of apologising, owning it and putting it right (for which I made clear I'd have happily paid for.. I was literally about to pay for the other 6.6sqm when he defended his staff and blamed it on me. Will never be back here.
