Bought the Quick release Velcro strap for my Seiko watch and the materials were incredibly cheap and not trustworthy. Strap itself feels awful and the end links look very flimsy and fragile. Spring bars are what seems to be half the diameter of original spring bars my watch comes with and also very very flimsy. I would not recommend this strap to anybody who values their watch. Customer service was fairly quick but they won't take the strap back for a refund even though the strap was not used as I only had a look at it and immediately put it back in the bag. They say they can give me store credit to choose other straps but given the fact that this particular strap is of horrible quality I don't want any other strap they offer so now I'm stuck with a strap I can't use and am ashamed of selling to a second hand market. The good points go towards their customer service, packaging, fast delivery. However, I deduct two of those points because even though the packaging is nice and delivery is fast, it means I received a nice package fast, unfortunately with a crappy product.
