Software doesn't work as advertised (for example, it doesn't work with ITV, which the company admit - despite ITV being listed as one of the many working websites).
The customer service is appalling. They have no interest in offering a refund despite their false advertising (and despite their 7-day refund guarantee which they clearly advertise on their website).
A complete shambles. Avoid !
