Unfortunately my experience with Streetshirts was very disappointing. I'm familiar with design and garments having worked in both industries. I uploaded a vectored file and using their online tool, applied the design to two t-shirts. I scaled the design so it covered the chest of the t-shirt in the designer and the preview image also showed this. When I received the t-shirts, i had a small print more like a 'badge' in the middle of the t-shirt. When I contacted their customer support, they just said that the confirmation will have had a print size in cm and that is what the print will be. When I pointed out that I didn't enter any dimensions when using *their* design tool, I scaled it proportionally to the t-shirt, they just kept coming back asking me to measure the print with a ruler.
