The shirt was dispatched slightly later than told and the delivery was delayed due to the pandemic so the shirt arrived a lot later than expected. However the support agents were quick to reply to my responses and the t-shirt did eventually arrive exactly as I had designed on the site with a voucher (and a sweet!).
