They kept me up to date with the process as things changed with my order even though it shipped 2 days later than they predicted they sent me a 10gbp voucher as an apology for it without me asking for a thing. The hoodie itself is of a quality material and the print came out clean and crisp not a single fault to be made. Love my purchase and will be ordering again for members of my company. Best experience with a custom clothing producer to date and I've had a few.
