I have placed and order 2 weeks ago. When I have placed the order, I've been informed it will be dispatched the same day. Unfortunately it hasn't been dispatched yet. I called them, lady I spoke with said usually items are dispatched within 5 working days which is fine. I asked her why mine hasn't been dispatched yet and she hang up on me. I emailed them and asked when order will be dispatched as they are extremely late. I've been told they don't know dispatch date but they are happy to cancel my order? Why are they even having the business if they prefer to cancel order then do them?
