Ordered 10 days ago, still not even showing as produced despite claiming they make and send the next day. Email to customer services just got a "Its in the queue" response. Absolutely does not provide the level of service they claim.
Used the voucher for delayed delivery, and the second order took over a week too, and you don't even get a voucher (which they don't tell you until you've placed the order) if it was already a voucher used to place the order
Absolutely avoid, you will not get your item on time.
