My order dispatch was late due to a misunderstanding regarding payment, however after speaking via email to a customer service assistant, Katrina, my issue was resolved no problem and my order was dispatched that day. Streetshirts also issued me a £10 voucher as compensation for the delay which I have used to purchase another t-shirt, and I’m very excited to receive it. My previous purchases were gifts for two of my friends, who were delighted with the products. Five stars for going above and beyond guys.
