I ordered a T shirt and sent a rather complex pen and ink and coloured pencil drawing with it. I was advised that there was a problem with the upload and that I should send another file direct to Emily and she would sort it out. I did , and so did Emily and now I have a spiffing new T -Shirt with my own drawing of a Rat playing the piano (don't ask *). Brillopads all round and the icing on the cake is the apology and the voucher that I got for any delay ..........Top notch service all round. CeeJay * Okay, it's called Ratsody En Bleu.....
