The true mark of an excellent company isn't really that they get things right - they should do that anyway - it's the way they treat customers when things don't go right. The latest of many shirts I've bought from Streetshirts had some faulty stitching - I told them and within 24 hours a new shirt was in the post. I shall continue to feed my addiction to having unique shirts beautifully printed by them.
