Recently, we received numerous complaints from our customers about the print quality, specifically that the new print on the new Streetshirts hoodies were peeling off. Despite reaching out to Streetshirts for assistance, their offer to reprint the orders was unhelpful, as we had already refunded several customers and incurred significant losses. Streetshirts refused to refund us for the defective products and ended customer service chats and emails without resolution. We strongly advise against using Streetshirts as a printing service, as their response to issues is inadequate and can result in financial losses.
