AVOID! Twice in a month orders have been WRONG or SERIOUSLY DELAYED in just shipping, then they blame Royal Mail (who I use daily and have zero issues with my first class items arriving next day) but I'm told I have to wait an ENTIRE WEEK after dispatch for them to replace the items they sent late! Disgusting service. Ignored my request for the automatic code given when sending small parcels with Royal Mail.
