The t shirt designer is a nice tool, which is well made. Placed order on Saturday morning, for next day delivery to get on Tuesday. Get messages from them saying "We're not sure if we've had payment or not!!" - so they mess up the order, and it won't get dispatched next day, but won't honour their pledge that they refund etc. Website experience is amateur. Worst thing was that they were not able to trace my payment transactions. It's a shame, because they claim to offer a good service/product, but don't have the basics in place (like taking money and sending t shirts!).
