Extremely misleading with regards to stock avaliability, dispatch time, hiding behind covid as excuses despite advertising on thier site that they are already set up to cope. Ten days after ordering a next day dispatch of "in stock" hoodie I still have nothing except lecturing emails (only sent after I queried where my order was) initial communication was non existent. I fully expect a flood of positive reviews to come after my negative review in order for them to keep thier high star satisfaction. Strange how trust pilot shows a very different story!!
