I bungled my original order, and emailed to ask for help. I heard back within a few minutes, with clear step-by-step instructions for fixing the problem. Customer service was exemplary, but I was blown away by the quality of the print. No horrible plastic transfers, just really clear reproduction of the art I'd uploaded, printed with fantastic clarity. Since the art was rainbow based, it was a good test of the detail in the print process, but I'm happy to say they passed with (pardon the pun) flying colours.
Can't wait to use them again.
