Great product at a good price, spoiled by pushy and rude customer service. I recently left a review on Streetshirts as I was happy with the product I received, with only a few minor issues which I felt warranted a 4 star rating. I was immediately contacted by customer service to ask why I hadn't given them 5 stars, and when I explained my reasoning, received a rather patronising response saying that the things I had commented on were 'subjective' and a link to their product details, implying that I had not read these thoroughly enough before ordering. I had actually read these in detail before making my selection, and knew exactly what to expect, so this response felt rude and unnecessary. I then received another email asking me to leave the same review here too... well my 4 star experience has gone down since my initial review! It is a shame because the product itself was great, but I would be hesitant to give the company my business again.
