The online tshirt desginer I used was very effective in helping to create exactly the design I had envisaged and when I later spoke to a member of customer services about my order and its progress they were incredibly helpful. Through the live chat feature I was able to feel thoroughly reassured and informed about my order and it was an absolute delight to communciate with the team. The order was dispatched a little slower than expected however this was followed up with a £10 voucher as per their on-time guarantee. On receiving the tshirts I was thoroughly satisfied with their quality; they were very comfortable and the design had come out fantastically.
