1. We've rent a twin stroller because we're in between houses and don't have much space in our current house. That said, it is a really nightmare for us to have the stroller huge boxes here. We're not aware of those boxes and I would NEVER rent it if it was clearer that those huge boxes should be stored by us. We've previously rented a stroller by another company and instead of huge boxes, we had only flexible package to store. Is there anyway to not have those boxes in placa place? Pick up stroller somewhere in Berlin or paying an extra to don't have the boxes?
2. We've rented a rain over and a sun cover. The website were showing itens related to the twin stroller, so I thought I need one rain cover and one sun cover. It happens that actually I should have order two sun covers. But it was not clear. What should I do now if I have two small babies but I can only cover one baby and not the other? The stroller me staff could have reviewed my order and explain that I needed an extra sun cover.
3.I was really hard to assembly the stroller without have their instructions. Again, in our previous experience we have received a PDF with the stroller instructions by WhatsApp and it was very useful.
4.We have not receive the front barrier of the stroller which is very useful for the babies to hold and for us to attach some toys.
5.We were expecting a stroller that we could turn the seat to ourselves. We spent hours trying to turn the seat to ourselves but we did not managed to do so. Not sure if another piece is missing ?!?!?!
6.We did not like the stroller and we want to change it. From what I read in your policy we could change after 3 months, is it right? How is the process to change the stroller?
