Great taste and great benefits. In a normal cup of coffee, I would have to add so much sugar for flavor and taste. With Strong Coffee, I can drink it as is with no additives. Over time I have also noticed the differences from stress related weight gain that has seemed to lessen since drinking Strong Coffee - I'm not as stressed!
