I have tried and tried to get in contact with someone and have yet to hear from anyone! TERRIBLE customer service and no response to requests via email or through the website. They say they offer a 60 day money back guarantee but then you get ignored and no one will respond or reply to your inquiry. I had expected way better from this company. Too bad :(
