no hidden charges made me laugh. i bought a sharp microwave from these people. sharp for some reason would not honour their guarantee and passed matter back to retailer, who offered a refund and advised they would charge me £25 for return of a unit which had caught fire. altogether a bad taste experience. personally wouldn't touch them again. they change their terms like quicksand without even advising them in the first place.
