The iPOD nano was described as A-. To me it looked in perfect condition. Not a scratch in sight. Delivery time was as promised. Only problem was collection point. It seemed to take longer for them to find the package in their storeroom than it took DPD to get it from you to the pick up point.
Generally a very satisfactory experience.
