The laptop was fine but the wrong charger was shipped. Once informed Student Computers were very efficient and sent a replacement. However, the laptop then started having problems with the power source. Again, the support service was very efficient, and the laptop is being returned to be fixed. To date the professionalism has been impressive post sale.
