Surprised that the 64 gb iPad arrived in a '32'gb box? Causing me to waste time onto your customer services. That said, the help in determining that the unit was a 64gb was "OUTSTANDING"!
I thought it was an incorrect delivery since a case was included. No advice that it was foc.
