An impressive company. We ordered a re-conditioned 7 inch tablet. It had to be sent back twice at which point they confirmed it was not repairable. They did not have any more of the same model so immediately offered a refund. While talking to the very helpful and polite employee, he mentioned they did have an 8" tablet. We said this would be fine but the free download of Windows 10 would end before they could deliver. He immediately offered to download Windows 10 for us and put the unit in the post the same day. This he did. We have now received it and it is excellent. Any company that can deal with problems like this company, gets my vote. It seems to me they don't have problems only solutions.
