Placed my order on Friday late afternoon, was surprised to get an email fro My Hermes on the Saturday morning saying it would be delivered between 11.00 and 3.00. At 1.00 the driver arrived with my parcel. Well impressed.
The orange cover on the printer cartridge had some bits broken in the bag but no detriment, probably happened in transit.
Cartridge was original and unused as described.
Well pleased.
