I ordered the mascara as I have very fine lashes. I was very disappointed & found it difficult to use especially on my lower lashes. After studio 10 read my review, I was immediately refunded & not asked for the mascara to be returned. I tried the mascara few more times & had better, tho not perfect, result. I still cannot use on lower lashes. I was amazed at response from studio 10, it was excellent & will in time try other products. The service is faultless.
