I ordered an eyeliner and when I opened it there were lots of white dots on the kohl part of it. I have REPEATEDLY been ring the company only to be told REPEATEDLY that someone would ring me back. However I AM STILL WAITING. All I wanted was an exchange but I just want a refund now. I like to try new products but I won't be using this company again.
