I was a bit hesitant at first about taking a live online course for phlebotomy training, but this course allayed all my fears. The instructors are patient and thorough, providing practical knowledge that's directly applicable. Dropping a star because I experienced minor technical issues during one class, but their support team was swift to assist. Would recommend to future phlebotomists!
