Study 365 took 152 days to provide me with a voucher I paid for. This was due to a 'problem in the system' that I never had anything to do with it.
I was barred from my right to decline it and request a full refund because I bought the voucher over a year ago. Interestingly, I had requested my voucher for the exam during the period valid for a refund, and the company failed to provide it!
Because of the bad service Study 365 has provided to me, the attendant offered some free courses. All of them totally out of my interest. Aiming to accept the situation, and accept the offer, I questioned if one of my interests could be offered instead.
During the email thread, apparently, I was passed to other attendants, and the confusion about my case took over.
I am tired of dealing with Study 365, my study plan was affected because of the company's incompetence and I can not even have my money back. I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome so far.
