My experience has been awfu i have rang them constantly, emailed both them and the exam place. Iwould like to officially file a complaint with study 365 about my awful experience while studying with yourselves, no on can tell me who is responsible for the booking error that occurred for the exam portal where I was made to wait over 3 months to sit the exam, when I finally got booking the exam I went onto my dashboard but as the year was up all materials were wiped from the dashboard, i therefore failed the exam by a few marks... as I waited 3 months I don't think it's unreasonable that to allow me access to the materials again to study for the exam. The only response I had was if I want the materials I would need to buy the course again which was £659. Very unprofessional.
