Paid £29 for an Excel course. Course never delivered, I have been waiting for a refund since April 2nd, 2018. Someone on their line called "Tony" keeps saying they're processing the refund. A big lie.
I have notified VISA who is dealing with it so I can get my refund.
Stay away. Rubbish!
