Looked around for a while before deciding on these guys. Checked them out with the examining board first and looked at comments. Had a few things to check out re being the latest course and exam but spoke to Richard Roman, WOW. I teach service management for a living and this guy was stellar. Sorted everything amazingle fast and I bought and paid whilst he stayed online to help and activate my account.
