I purchased a course through them and was within my 14 day refund and hadn’t started the online course. I requested for a refund as my work agreed to pay for me to attend a classroom course that they would pay for. In study365. T&CS it states that as long as you haven’t started the course and is within 14 days you can have a full refund. I requested a refund and instead of issuing my refund they tried to bully me into “course swapping” then wanted to know who I was booking my classroom course with whilst with holding my refund as a stalling tactic to push me over the 14 days. Incredibly unprofessional and quite desperate sales tactics still waiting on my refund
