I completed the course material, ready to start the exam, thought I had clicked on the Mock Exam, like to do these first to see if I am ready to complete the Exam. However I had not I had clicked on the exam itself and did not make the grade to pass I was gutted. I was going to just leave it but thought I would contact Study 365, live, I got through to Randy who was fantastic and helped me resolve the problem. Randy was informative and apologetic for keeping me waiting but the outcome was amazing, Randy did not have to do anything as it does state that you pay £24 to resit if you do not pass, however due to my error Randy reset the course for me to complete again and resit the exam at no extra cost. Thank you Randy you made my week a better one. *****
