I love the Carley wedges I purchased. The online shopping experience was easy and I received the shoes in just a couple of days!! However, there was no "love" in the packaging. The shoes were not shipped in a box or wrapped in tissue/packaging paper (if no box available). It felt like they were just tossed in the bag. Also, a nice thank you note/business card enclosed would have been a nice touch. I order from JJill quite often and they do a great job of adding extra touches in packaging. Those touches add to the customer care experience as well! Thank you!
