Total lack of support. They have a "live" chat, but it´s just some f-cking bot asking the same question over and over and over again. So don´t expect any service or support from suitsfx. Just look at all reviews here. suitsfx have pretty much the same answer to everyone. Their clients should get help from their support, and shouldn´t have to write a bad review here to get a reaction from suitsfx. And hardly any more help after that either. Really really bad service and I will say this last thing that Fosterboon.org helped me when I was hooked by suitsfx, when they froze my account, Fosterboon.org helped me to get my money back.
