Appointment canceled 1 hour and 30 mins prior to appointment via text message because they didn't get there automated text confirmation which was responded to. Appointment was made less than 48 hours prior to appointment. Called within 30 seconds of the text to be told it was given to someone else. Receptionist was rude entitled and did not care about the situation or that fact that we had lost a days work for no reason. Asked to speak to someone else no one was available conveniently. So now no appointment and no work and no regard given.
