My wife, who is an extremely light sleeper, and I are giving this a couple of weeks to see if this really works. So far, we have been quite impressed! We are getting more and better sleep. The length of deep sleep is not that long, but the length of light sleep is impressive.
If all keeps going well, I will be re-ordering.
